Terms
Last updated 23 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and bookings made directly with Yehen's Villa, Ranaviru Anuruddha Mawatha, Unawatuna 80600, Sri Lanka. Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other sites are also subject to that site’s terms.
Booking requests
- Sending a booking request does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the price and the payment and cancellation terms for your stay, and you accept it.
- Rates shown on this website are “from” prices seen on booking sites on the date stated. Your quote is the price that applies.
- Please give accurate details, including the number and ages of all guests.
During your stay
- Check-in is from 12:00 to 23:00; check-out is by 11:00, unless agreed otherwise.
- The number of guests staying overnight must not exceed the number booked.
- Parties and events are not allowed, and we cannot accommodate stag, hen or similar parties. Pets are not allowed; assistance animals are welcome. Bedrooms are non-smoking.
- Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down, especially in the evening.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for items missing from the villa.
Pool and garden safety
There is no lifeguard. The pool and garden are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. Please do not dive into the shallow end, and take care on wet surfaces.
Liability
We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, guests’ belongings unless caused by our negligence. Power and internet are supplied by local providers and occasional cuts can happen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website content
We work to keep information on this website accurate, but facilities and distances can change. The photos are of the villa and may be used only with our permission. Guest reviews are quoted from Google and Airbnb.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Questions? Call or WhatsApp +94 77 395 2897.
