What is included in a long stay?
Your apartment, use of the garden and pool, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels, a washing machine and parking. Electricity and any extras are explained clearly in your quote before you confirm.
Are there shops nearby for a longer stay?
Yes. Several supermarkets and inexpensive local restaurants are within walking distance, and the main Unawatuna road with cafés, bars and gyms is a five-minute tuk-tuk ride away.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough for remote work?
The villa has fibre-optic Wi-Fi that guests repeatedly describe as fast, plus a dedicated workspace. Power cuts can occasionally happen in the area, so we suggest keeping a mobile data plan as a backup.
